Reinforced Concrete Beams

Shutterwork to beams must always be expertly handled, as there is nothing worse in concrete than a kicked or out-of-plumb beam on a project. TopSlab’s carpenters ensure that beam shuttering is of a high standard for any size of reinforced concrete beam. Whether you need a downstand, upstand or in-slab in-situ beam, or an unpropped precast beam, you will receive the finest quality in concrete, steel and shutterwork. TopSlab utilizes various forms of shuttering to beams which include all grades of timber, steel and ABS plastic shuttering.

Propping of this structural concrete element will always be over-efficient to make sure that our beams can stand the weight of the concrete casting and works above the beams for a typical 21 days with a minimum of 25mPa concrete strength. Our engineers will provide loading and deflection analysis, as well as approve the grade of concrete used. TopSlab will ensure that you project’s substructure and support in reinforced concrete beams will stand the test of time.
